Richard Clark in his fourth season as a Football League referee and took charge of the Blue Square play-off match between York and Mansfield at the end of the 2011/12 season.
His first match in the Football League was the 1-1 draw between Chesterfield and Rochdale on 28 August 2012.
The 2013/14 season saw him produce a red card in his first two matches (Carlisle v Blackburn and Morecambe v Torquay)
This will be his first Derby match in his first Championship match of the season. His last match was a 3-1 win for Swinson at Crewe on 5 September..
