Born in 1983, Andy Madley is in his second season as a Football League referee and made his debut in Barnet’s 1-0 win at Morecambe on 6 August 2011. He is the older brother of fellow Football League referee Bobby Madley (born 1985) who took charge of the 4-1 win over Swindon on 2 September 2012
His first League One match was PNE’s match at Leyton Orient. His last Blackpool match was a 2-1 win at Watford on 9 March 2013.
He started the 2013/14 season at Middlesbrough when they lost 2-1 to Leicester on 3 August 2013.
