Penn Drives down to Plymouth again

This will be his tenth match of the season having previously produced 16 yellow and 1 red card. Although his only previous Championship game this season was the Swansea v Derby match.

His last match on 11th October saw Cheltenham grad a last minute goal to win 4-3 against Colchester.

Last season asw Penn produce 67 yellow and 5 red cards includings bookings for Sedgwick, Mawene and Mellor at Plymouth.

His assistants are Ron Ganfield and Kevin Johnson who are both from Somerset whilst the fourth official is Simon Knapp from South Gloucestershire.
