Scott Duncan was promoted to a Football League referee following being in the Blue Square Premier.
His league debut was a 3-0 home win for Port Vale against Barnet on 18 August 2012. The 2012/13 season also saw him referee in the Scottish League Division Three and has produced half of his eight red cards North of the Border.
His last match was on 28 March when Barnsley won 1-0 at Port Vale. His was Fulham match was a 2-0 defeat at Derby on Boxing Day 2015.
