Scott Duncan was promoted to a Football League referee following being in the Blue Square Premier.
His league debut was a 3-0 home win for Port Vale against Barnet on 18 August 2012. The 2012/13 season also saw him referee in the Scottish League Division Three and has produced half of his eight red cards North of the Border. Last season, five of the six red cards came in his last seven matches of the season.
His last match was a 1-1 draw between Doncaster against Bristol City on 3 January. His last Leyton Orient match was a 2-1 defeat at Hartlepool on 16 December 2013
