The AGM until last year was typically held in September but that changed due to the funding of the new stand. The same excuse has been given this year. The AGM was set to take place in November but due to difficulties with funding, the bank and correcting the finances the club have had to put the meeting back.
Legally the meeting must take place before the end of the year and PLC rules state all shareholders must be sent details of the club's accounts one month in advance of the meeting to have a look over. This is set to be done this week.
A firm date has not been given yet but if the letters go out to shareholders this week it is likely that Monday 17 December will be the date for the AGM due to time constraint, fixtures and the festive period.
No further news has been given over the future of the chairman and any new applicants for the position.
