Every club has been in the same boat with training resuming around three weeks ago. Most clubs will have been involved in friendly behind closed doors games but in reality the end of season run in could prove to be a bit of a lottery.
Those like Preston who are chasing a prize will have to hit the ground running and hope for a run over the final stretch. In reality the break came at a convenient time for North End who were going through a poor run of form in February and March.
Looking at the table most teams in the Chamoionship having somethng to play for where conversely in the top flight many teams are in limbo neither challenging nor likely to be relegated so may look to blood new players.
It will be a tough challenge for all the clubs returning after three months out with limited training and the added fact that all remaining games will be played without fans behind closed doors.
All anyone can say is that this will be an interesting end to the seson whichever way you look at it and the main priority is that everyone stays safe.
