The manager knows that no matter what division Preston start next season in but in just over two weeks time some big decisions will have to be made. With several players outof contract and Neil Mellor's season loan coming to an end, Brown with the board will have to make some sound financial and footballing decisions.
The boss will also be looking to bring in some of his own players as several are likely to leave. Youl Mawene has been back training with the Whites after spending a season away in Greece. Stephen Jordan, the ex-Burnley and City full back has also been training with the first team along with midfielder Michael Potts.
All are likely to cost no fee which will be pleasing for the board as Brown will look ro reinvigorate his squad for what will be his first full season in charge next term.
