Eagles To Fly In?

It is true that Alan Irvine is looking to strengthen his midfield and wide players. He has now been linked with a move for United youngster Chris Eagles who has failed to break into the first team.

Eagles can play in midfield or wide right and has featured on loan at Watford as well as in the Dutch League. Irvine feels that he needs more creativity in midfield if he is to produce a side that will challenge in the top half next season.

So far no signings have been made yet Preston ahve been linked with Gillespie from Gretna, Nicholson from Aberdeen, Jones from Derby, O'Brien from Hibernian and now Eagles.
