Fuller travelled to America for a diagnosis on a knee problem which thwarted a close season move to Portsmouth last month and was told by leading surgeon Dr Richard Steadman that he is clear to carry on playing.
Now boss Craig Brown has hinted that the Whites marksman could even be in contention for a place in the squad for Saturdays game at Gillingham.
"Ricardo and ourselves got the news we wanted, that he can carry on playing," Brown told the clubs official website, PNE.Com.
"Our own surgeon had told us the same thing but the player trusted the judgement of Mr Steadman and now he can come back and will be available for Saturday's tough fixture against Gillingham."
