The midfielder has had limited time on the pitche this season especially with Gallagher moving into a central role. It is apparent that Preston are set to sign midfielder Ben Pearson and Kilkenny will be restricted further.
Barnsley have been linked with a move for the midfielder and I expect that once the Pearson deal is confirmed it will allow Kilkenny to move out.
