Nobby Lawton Passes Away

News filtered out of Deepdale that the club captain of the 64 Cup side lost his battle with cancer on Saturday afternoon. Nobby Lawton led the North End side to a third place position, just being denied an automatic promotion spot into the top flight as well as taking the side to Wembley. It is a sad loss for all North End fans.
