PNE to appeal Fullers red-card

Preston striker Richard Cresswell was left with a serious facial injury after a challenge by Bradford's Gus Uhlenbeek and Fuller had to be restrained as he tried to get at Uhlenbeek.

Fuller was sent off for raising his hands in the melee but after reviewing the video of the game North End manager Craig Brown has decided to appeal against the decision.

A club spokesman said: "After reviewing the video, Craig has decided to appeal."
