It seems Preston have come some way since the start of the season with most fans seemingly disappointed at only picking up a point away at a struggling side.
North End have started the season well with only two defeats away at Millwall and Swansea. Since then they have gone on an unbeaten run and shown some impressive form at home.
Harrop gave Preston the lead last night but this was soon cancelled out with a Fisher own goal. The right back is now suspended for Saturday's home game against Barnsley after picking up another yellow card.
Ten games into the season and Alex Neil will be content that they are within touching distance of the league leaders. In the long run he will know that points against teams towards the lower end of the table will be vital if Preston are to sustain a realistic challenge for the top six places.
