RIP Sutty

Those who knew sutty were aware that he had a long battle with illness which meant he was restricted to his wheelchair and could only attend home games. He will be missed for his banter on our site and also around the footymad network.

I am sure you will join me in giving our deepest sympathies to his family and friends. He was a regular on our site and even through times of turmoil he was the eternal optimist always seeing the positive in PNE.

In his honour there will be a 24 hour amnesty where all regular posters have decided to cease from posting for 24 hours on 14 July as a mark of respect for Sutty.

I would ask that all fans keep to this arrangement save for fans who have only just read this article and wish to post their condolences on our board.

As a regular poster throughout good and bad times, it has been decided that the main forum will now be re-named Sutty's place after the great man himself.

Once again our thoughts will be with all connected with Sutty.
