Snow Storms Cause Havoc

Tomorrow's game with Ipswich was put in doubt today as the weather which has been effecting the rest of the rest of the country finally arrived in Preston. the snow hit nearby Merseyside on Wednesday night and throughout Thursday. Preston caught the brunt of heavy snowfall starting around midday and continuing well into the afternoon.

The city centre was covered in a white blanket and travelling was proving to be difficult on routes around the city centre. Hopefully, the snow will cease in the evening and the pitch can be cleared in preparation for tomorrow's game. Covers have been used in the past at deepdale and may well be put to use again.
