Preston could not convert their possession and were made to pay as Orient broke. A nod down was fired home by Baudry just before half time who was free in the box. Orient had barely eneterd the Preston box.
North End managed to get back intot he game. Craig Davies had one penalty shout turned down before the referee adjudged that the big frontman had been hauled down. Garner converted the penalty.
Kevin Davies came onto replace Craig and should have won the game for Preston. Wiseman put the perfect cross into the box for Davies who was free but headed wide.
Preston fall further behind the front two and although there are still enough games to go it appears that Preston will be destined for the play offs unless home draws can be turned into wins.
