Whites Up Their Offer For Hume

North End boss Billy Davies told the club's official website that the club have raised their offer for the Canadian international and are now waiting to hear from the League One side whether or not the bid is to be accepted.

Davies is keen to strengthen his forward line following the departure of David Healy to Leeds United last week and see's 21-year-old Hume as the ideal replacement for the Northern Ireland international.
